Q: I have Poor credit history, can I get car finance?
A: We work with lenders who lend based on affordability not history and have a 90%+ pass rate. That being said the worse the history the higher the rate.
Q: How much deposit do I need?
A: We take a small holding deposit and the lender will require up to 15% depending the circumstances. Garages offering no deposit are usually putting up the price of the car up to cover the required deposit.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: We only want to take deposits from people who are ready to buy, once a deposit is placed this prevents us from selling to anyone else. For this reason we Do NOT refund deposits unless agreed with your sales person beforehand.
Q: Can I use my car as deposit?
A: Yes we take trade in vehicles, upon inspection we can give you a price.
Q: How much will I get for my Trade in?
A: To Get a true value on your trade in we need to inspect it. When asked to give prices over the phone/by email we give the lowest possible price. To get the best value please call in with your trade in for inspection. Please note the trade in value will be lower than what similar models are selling for on the market. Some customers sell their trade in privately to maximise its value.
Q: Can I buy a car without visiting the showroom first?
A: It’s very common for our customers to see a car online call with a deposit and not actually see the car in person until collection!
Q: How do I apply for Finance?

Q:What do I need to do after I fill out the application?
A: Send us the following, 3 Months Current account bank statements these must be as up to date as possible and have your name and address printed on the top.
3 of your latest payslips and a copy of your in date Irish or Euro driving license.
Please note these must be clearly visible and in date, ideally in PDF format emailed to email@example.com. We can accept WhatsApp images of the documents to 0864098277 but these must also be very legible.
Q: Do I need to be working?
A: In most cases yes but we do have a lender who accepts some forms of social welfare, disability payments etc.… Call us for more info.
Q: Is there a minimum income level to apply?
A: Each lender varies but you would need to be taking home approx. €1400 as a minimum but they also take all household income into consideration ie: partner/spouse, Family income support etc.
Q: How long does the whole process take?
A: Some lenders have a decision within 1 hour, The lenders specialising in bad credit take longer. The most delays are from getting the proofs into the lender, once all them are in it speeds it speeds things up.
Q: What warranty comes with the car?
A: Our standard warranty only covers the Engine and Gearbox ONLY for 3 months with a maximum of 3000km from date sale (full details are printed on your sales invoice). External warranty can be purchased from one of our warranty partners yours sales person can talk you through this.
Please note in the event of a break down it is the reasonability of the customer to return the vehicle to us for inspection, for this reason we recommend adding break down cover to your insurance policy.
Q: What do I do if my car breaks down?
A: We hate when cars break down as much as our customers do! If your car breaks down get it to us and we’ll get you back on the road asap. In a case where the break down is not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty we will try offer some form of good will to help out, this is done on a case by case basis and can’t be guaranteed.
Q: Will the car be serviced before I buy?
A: We service all vehicles before delivery unless servicing has been recently carried out and we have proof of this via service history etc.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We offer a nationwide delivery service, depending on what deal is done sometimes we can include this in the price but usually there will be an extra delivery cost.
Q: is the price negotiable?
A: We aim to be the best value on the market when comparing like for like and are usually are! For this reason our prices are fixed.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located along the Luas Red Line on the Naas Road Dublin (D22AY63) 100m from the Red Cow Interchange, Junction 9 on the M50.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept all card payments, bank draft and credit transfers. Please note credit cards will incur a 3% charge.
